Empower indigenous women and early-married girls in Bangladesh

Van Marwijk Advies assisted Terre des Hommes in Bangladesh with writing Power of Voice– a project to improve the lives of early-married girls and indigenous women in 2 deprived districts in Northern Bangladesh. These girls and women will be trained in leadership, negotiation and life & social skills. They will be supported in lobbying for improved local government services, such as schooling, health, protection and access to economic opportunities – together creating an upwards spiral.
