Training “environmental and social management” and gender

Van Marwijk Advies supports PRCM and its 6 consortium partners (NGOs, government) iwith the management of 3 projects in the Bijagós archipelago. All projects have a strict “environmental and social management system” (ESMS) and include gender actions to improve the economic and decisionmaking power of women and girls. Van Marwijk supports the consortium partners with guidelines and training sessions to implement the ESMS system and gender actions.
