Fundraising strategy for ICCO West Africa

For ICCO West Africa (5 countries) Van Marwijk Advies developed a new fundraising strategy. The full team was trained in a 2-days workshop. A set of internal procedures to streamline fundraising in the team was made, as well as templates for individual fundraising action plans.
