Workshop fundraising ‘from aid to trade’ for ICCO South-East Asia

Van Marwijk Advies trained the team of ICCO South East Asia (20 people, 7 nationalities) in fundraising: more business oriented, moving from aid-to-trade. As part of the workshop, we discussed the new international “from aid-to-trade” agenda and requirements of business cases. A SWOT-analysis of the fundraising practices was used to make a concrete plan for improvement.
